Quiz Night and Silent Auction - 24th October

King's Arms in Llandovery

On Friday 24th October there will be a quiz night and silent auction fundraiser at the Kings Arms, Llandovery, in aid of Lluest Horse and Pony Trust. If you are local to the Trust please come along and support us. The quiz starts at 7.30pm and teams can be of up to four people. Entry fee £1.50 per person. There will be a variety of prizes on offer.

There is also a silent auction. The deadline for making bids for those attending the quiz night will be 10pm on that evening (24th October). However, for those who are unable to attend bids are also being accepted via e-mail.

Deadline for email bids is 10pm on Thursday 23rd October. There will be no acknowledgement of on-line bids via email.

 

Please send your bids to the following email address with the email title 'Silent Auction' :

Please include the lot number and short description (eg 'dog grooming'), your bid amount and your full name and contact number.

 

Please browse thought the lots and make as many bids as you like. The website will be updated at the end of each day to reflect the current highest bid for each lot (no names of bidders will be published, only the highest bid amounts).

Most lots can only be used if you are local to the Trust (please look at the location on the lots list). There are however a number lots that can be bid on regardless of location.

If you bid in person on the evening payment will be required by 10.30pm, cash or cheque.

If you bid by email all money will be required by 31st October, cheques only please.  Winners by email will be notified by 29th of October.

Lluest do not make any warranty or representation of any kind with respect to any items or services offered for sale.  We are entirely relying upon the trustworthiness of those providing the services. We provide as much information about the items as possible.

Telephone numbers between providers and successful bidders will be exchanged by the end of October and arrangements will be between the bidder and the provider at their mutual convenience.

If two identical bids are received for the same item, the bid received first will be the winner.

All items must be paid for in full before receipt. Cheques made payable to Lluest Horse and Pony Trust.

All sales are final and there will be no exchanges or refunds.
